MISSION

Greetings, my name is Felicia Drummond, I started DITCH (Developing Individuals To Compete Higher) a non profit 501(c)(3) entity in order to assist the community. I played Division One basketball and was granted the opportunity to excel on the professional level. After I put the basketball down, I decided to go back to school and get my MHA (Master of Health Administration). I am currently in school getting my PhD in Performance Psychology. I want to help people on all platforms: mental health, life coaching, physical fitness and nutrition. We offer fundamental development in sports and fitness. I believe in working with individuals to prepare them for the future, whether it's sports or everyday life, while teaching the importance of nutrition.
